milk + honey is looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiter/HR Business Partner to join our growing Human Resources Team! The successful candidate will focus on providing an amazing recruiting and onboarding experience to future team members at emerging locations. This position will proactively recruit for the following positions: Spa Manager, Spa Assistant Manager, Concierge, Massage Therapist, Hair Stylist, Esthetician, Nail Technician, and Housekeeper.  Travel is required within the state of Texas.

Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle hands-on recruitment; sourcing through onboarding  
  • Work closely with Managers at each spa location to define job descriptions and recruiting strategies
  • Own the creation of interesting and effective job postings
  • Focus on relationship building for targeted schools and educational programs
  • Consistent communication with candidates and Managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Solid networking skills with the ability to plan Open Houses and feel comfortable speaking in front of large groups
  • Travel required within the state of Texas
Human Resources Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for emerging location employee inquiries into compensation, benefits, PTO, continuing education, etc.
  • Proactively communicate to HR Director on any employee relations issues or challenges.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive, employee information
  • 2-4 years of recruiting in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Experience in effectively recruiting via social media tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+)
  • Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
  • Ability to work with little or no supervisior
  • Self-driven, conscientious individual who is detailed and organized
